FAQs

  • If you're buying or selling in the Forest Grove area and want a real estate agent who prioritizes your interests over quick sales, we're probably a good fit.

During our consultation, we'll talk about your specific needs and I'll let you know honestly if I'm the right Forest Grove realtor to help you succeed.

  • My Forest Grove real estate services are commission-based, typically 2.5-3% of the property value for sellers.

For buyers, it’s negotiable. I'll explain all costs upfront so there are no surprises.

  • I’m licensed in the state of Oregon.

I primarily work in Forest Grove and the surrounding Washington County areas, including Cornelius, McMinnville, Beaverton, and Vernonia.

I also help clients buy and sell homes in Portland and along the Oregon Coast when the opportunity is right. If you're not sure whether I cover your area, just ask - I'm happy to let you know.

  • Every Forest Grove real estate situation is different, but most sales take 30-60 days from accepted offer to closing. Finding the right property can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on your criteria and what's available in the Forest Grove market. I'll give you realistic timelines based on your specific situation.

  •  I'm a facilitator, not a salesperson. I listen to what you actually want and need, then help you find it - even if that means telling you a property isn't right or waiting for better Forest Grove market conditions. Your best interests always come first, and I'll explain everything in plain English.

  • Absolutely! As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), I specialize in buyer representation and love helping first-time buyers navigate the Forest Grove home buying process. I'll explain everything step-by-step and make sure you feel confident about every decision.

  • No problem at all. Sometimes the best advice is to wait for better Forest Grove market conditions or until your situation is more settled. I'm happy to answer your questions and help you plan for when the timing is right.

  • Yes! Pre-approval shows sellers you're serious and can actually close on the home. It also helps us focus on properties in your actual price range instead of wasting time looking at homes you can't afford. I can recommend trusted local lenders who will treat you right.
